Short Term Trips - for groups
Project TEN offers a unique opportunity for groups to participate in short-term volunteer programs. The group experiences will be facilitated by professional staff from our centers.
Activities will be run in collaboration with long-term missions.
- Participants will integrate with long-term volunteers in each center, meeting young Jewish adults from around the world to work together on sustainable projects in under served communities.
- The group will taste the unique blend that Project TEN offers - Meaningful ethical volunteering, while living in a Jewish environment in a unique location which is rooted in the local community.

What will your group be doing?
- Promote the UNs 4th Sustainable Development Goal: Quality Education in developing countries.
- Work with children and youth using our unique education method to promote curiosity, thinking outside the box and leadership skills, all considered 21st century skills.
- Learn a customized educational curriculum involving experiential learning and engagement with local populations, focusing on issues that are paramount in your community, such as: International development, Jewish engagement, leadership, and Jewish global activism and more.
- Travel Explore sites of local significance and experience the beauty of exotic regions. Make friends from around the globe: Project TEN includes both Israelis and volunteers from around the world.
Are you a group coordinator looking to add meaningful experiences
to your group of youth, students or community members?
- Choose the location – Select from one of our 8 centers around the world. Join us for 8-10 days in Uganda, Ghana, South Africa, Ethiopia, Mexico, Cambodia, Argentina or Israel. Choose your location based on the content you are looking for but also ticket prices that work for your group.
- Choose the dates – Centers operate throughout the entire year. Your group will be able to select a time-frame suitable for your needs.
- Choose the content – Customize your itinerary according to your group’s interests, in terms of volunteering, learning and travel opportunities. Following the trip, your participants will return home as globally connected young Jewish adults, having developed leadership skills and been inspired to become active members of their communities.
- Cost The cost of participating in a 8-10 day tailor-made program ranges from $800-$1400 per participant. The price will include a full vegetarian kosher style menu, clean drinking water, accommodation, security, staffing, transportation, participating in ethical volunteer projects and learning sessions. Additional group charges may apply and vary according to number of participants, length of program, type of volunteer project, extent of local travel, and other factors. Flights, visas and health insurance are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the group.
- Duration of a short term trip - The optimal tailor-made trip runs between one week and ten days and depending on the interests and requirements of your group it can also stretch for two weeks.
